BANYEM SUPPORTING INDEPENDENT LIVING is a registered limited company located in Swindon. Our mission is to provide personal care through our supported accommodation for young adults with mental or learning disabilities. We aim to offer a wide range of services to support individuals in living as independently as possible within our supported accommodations.
BANYEM SUPPORTING INDEPENDENT LIVING provides personal and social support services tailored to meet the needs of each client. Our services encompass privacy, choice, dignity, fulfilment, rights, and autonomy. We offer supported accommodation for adults aged 18–65, as well as those 65 and above, including individuals with dementia and physical disabilities. As the demand for personal care continues to rise, we strive to be a top choice provider by delivering first-class quality service to our clients. Our goal is to ensure our clients lead fulfilling and enjoyable lives within the comfort of our homes.
BANYEM SUPPORTING INDEPENDENT LIVING is managed by professionals with extensive experience in social care, finance, and administration. The registered manager, Mr. Bankole Ibitoye, has been employed in the social care industry for over 19 years. As the founder and Director of BANYEM SUPPORTING INDEPENDENT LIVING, Mr. Bankole brings a wealth of experience to the role. He is a reliable, responsible, and resourceful leader who has demonstrated his capability to manage both the Director and Registered Manager roles effectively over the past two years. Mr. Bankole is fully aware of the CQC regulatory requirements and their importance in delivering high-quality services to our clients and their communities.
Qualifications
Mr. Bankole holds a B.Sc. in Engineering, a Diploma in Health and Social Care, a Diploma in Mental Health Nursing, a Registered Manager’s Award (RMA), and a B.Sc. in Global Entrepreneurship. His education and extensive experience equip him to manage the business professionally within the industry’s regulatory and legislative requirements. He has worked as a carer/support worker in local authorities, private hospitals, domiciliary, and care homes, which will be highly beneficial in meeting customer needs.
The registered manager will be supported by a management team with extensive experience in supported living, domiciliary care, finance, administration, and marketing, totalling more than 40 years of combined experience. One team member will focus on carers, another on quality control, and the last on finance and administration.
Growth Plan
In our first year of trading, we plan to employ a significant number of staff as the business grows and demand increases. Initially, we will start with two carers, a registered nurse, and a matron. We will use our personal funds to cover their salaries until the business is self-sustaining. Additionally, management will be available to cover shifts as needed. We are committed to bringing on board a team of experienced staff to work with us.
BANYEM SUPPORTING INDEPENDENT LIVING aims to expand its services across the UK, beginning with Swindon and extending to Gloucester, Oxford, and Reading. As a new provider in the industry, we plan to create support worker jobs in Swindon and collaborate with various care companies. Our goal is to establish a strong presence in these regions, offering high-quality personal care and support to meet the growing demand.
